What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Ticket orders — name, email, phone number, company name, order notes, ticket selections, and any coupon code you use.

- Technical data — standard server and security logs (for example IP address, browser type, and request timestamps).
- Analytics — page views and checkout events collected by PostHog so we can understand how the site is used.

We use personal data to:
- Process ticket payments and send order confirmations
- Administer event reservations and gala seating
- Reply to enquiries and provide support
- Protect the site against fraud, abuse, and security incidents

Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage for the shopping cart. Checkout may set cookies or similar technologies required by Worldpay for payment and fraud prevention.
We also use PostHog analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
